All items are fully checked before being delivered.  However, if an item is faulty you must contact us immediately. Faulty items must be returned to Jewellery Edition, via Royal Mail Special Delivery (with extra insurance if over £500) with a copy of the delivery note.  Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect, misuse or made to order items. Any returns must be made within 5 working days.

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect or faulty goods.  If the product is unwanted and subsequently damaged the item will not be refunded, nor will the delivery costs.

If you change your mind you may return any product to Jewellery Edition, unopened and in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of your delivery (subject to exclusions noted above). Please contact Jewellery Edition’s Customer Service Team to obtain a returns number, include the reason the product has been returned and indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (excluding your original delivery charge) or an exchange.

Refunds for made to order items
Made-to-order items are non-refundable. Please ensure you order the correct size and design as made to order items are non refundable.

Cancellations – please also read Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 7 days of receiving your goods. However, you are requested to advise us immediately and to send the items back within 5 days in order to receive a refund from Jewellery Edition.  Please refer to Returns Policy.

In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery timescales you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods, this will not include delivery charge if you have cancelled after your order has been dispatched. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means that the goods must be unused, undamaged, in good condition and as their original state in order for a refund to be made. Please contact our Customer Service Team should you wish to cancel your order.  Please read our Returns Policy.

Lost Packages
Even though packages are sent via Royal Mail special delivery on rare occasions losses may occur whilst in transit. If this occurs please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of despatch.  Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Jewellery Edition.

Measurements and Colours
Please note that all sizes and measurements are approximate, however, we do make every attempt to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. Some materials (ie shell, wood, enamel) may vary in shade and tone, this should be taken into consideration when ordering.  Some pictures within the site are increased in size to show the detail of the product.  If a particular aspect of a product is pertinent to your purchase you should contact Jewellery Edition and discuss before making a purchase.
